## Job description
- 跟踪解读汽车行业相关政策法规，分析政策对企业发展的影响编制政策研究报告，为管理层决策提供支撑。
- 负责公司投资项目在政府部门的备案/核准全流程。协调跨部门准备备案材料，确保符合监管要求。
- 参与生产准入管理，确保企业符合行业准入规范。
- 信息报送。
- 政府、行业联盟事务处理。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，公共管理、法学、经济学、政治学、汽车工程等相关专业，有政府实习、政策研究或行业协会相关经历者优先
- 了解国家及地方产业政策的基本框架，对汽车行业的政策环境有基础认知
- 具备政策文件解读能力，能从法规条文中提炼关键信息和企业影响
- 掌握公文写作规范，能独立撰写研究报告、报送材料等正式文本
- 了解投资项目备案/核准的基本流程和监管要求
