## Job description
- 负责汽车外饰造型设计工作，参与车型的外观设计规划,对新产品进行设计方案输出并跟踪落实；
- 根据设计趋势，制定中长期的造型规划，根据专业规划的策略，快速满足客户需求，提升客户满意度；
- 负责造型设计质量管理，保证造型实现效果；
- 优质效果图方案提供。
- 本科以上学历，工业设计、交通工具设计等相关专业；
- 具有出众的审美和个人品位，敏锐的造型趋势捕捉和分析能力，指导设计方向；
- 优秀的设计创新能力，出色的草图、效果图表现能力，优秀的设计与约束平衡能力；
- 良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，良好的英文表达和交流能力。
