## Job description

1）参与新产品开发投产阶段质量阀管理与评价，早期识别项目风险并监督改进； 2）组织资源对代工工厂进行过程和产品审核，实施质量监控，支持海外工厂体系建设； 3）负责代工工厂KD件质量问题现场处理； 4）负责大区质量信息路径及信息平台的建设并持续优化。

### 岗位要求

1）本科及以上学历； 2）6年以上汽车行业工作经验，其中3年以上汽车企业质量管理经验； 3）良好的沟通表达、谈判及公关能力，能中英文沟通； 4）能熟练运用质量统计工具及质量改进方法； 5）较丰富的整车现场质量问题处理和管理经验。

### 领导力要求

1）对质量有较高敏感性，具有较强的责任感与使命感； 2）有较强的抗压能力。
