## Job description
- 总体负责整车各维度性能目标设定、分解及达成工作；
- 负责竞品车主客观测试及驾评总体策划；
- 总体负责整车各性能维度目标设定可行性分析；
- 负责虚拟及实物阶段性能问题管控跟踪及推动问题关闭；
- 负责组织性能目标、问题解决方案的评审汇报；
- 负责整车DVP的编制及评审冻结；
- 负责整车性能集成开发流程完善、工具优化等能力建设工作。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械相关专业，本科及以上；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科5年、硕士3年及以上相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 积极主动、诚实正直、团队合作、培养他人、组织承诺、成就导向；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的协调和组织能力，英语水平优秀者优先；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；"
