## Job description
- 负责全固态电池的结构设计、仿真优化及开发工作，包括模组/PACK/系统结构方案；
- 参与电池结构从概念设计到量产的全流程开发，包括材料选型、机械强度分析、热管理设计、轻量化设计等；
- 负责制定PACK物料清单，零部件技术标准、产品标准，FMEA和GD&T校核等开发文档；
- 负责阀点交付物质量审核，负责供应商设计质量管理和风险管控，设计变更以及8D报告跟踪和测试验证；
- 主导电池结构的测试验证（如振动、冲击、模拟碰撞、密封等测试），分析数据并优化设计；
- 编写开发过程中的技术文档，支持专利申报与标准化工作。"

### 学历
- 本科及以上，8年以上相关经验；有完整电池包设计、量产经验者优先；
- 熟悉锂电池PACK开发流程及国内外测试标准、了解BMS系统原理及电气设计规范，有TOP5动力电池企业，特别是全固态电池PACK系统开发经验优先；
- 了解电池材料特性（如金属材料、复合材料、密封材料等）及工艺（冲压、压铸、焊接、注塑等）
- 熟悉FMEA/6sigma等质量工具；
- 具有高度责任心和创新精神，能独立技术难点攻关，承担一定工作压力并适应相当工作强度。"
