## Job description

1-教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子或机械自动化相关专业； 2-工作经验：10年以上相关工作经验，有成功混合动力产品开发项目经历； 3-其他： ①具备良好的沟通能力、分析和解决疑难问题的能力、统筹和规划能力； ②熟悉混合动力系统架构优缺点及动力构成方式及原理； ③精通混合动力构型、整车/发动机/变速箱控制策略及逻辑，三电原理、关键零部件及底层逻辑等，能主导制定混合动力架构、匹配选型、混合动力控制策略等； ④熟悉新能源汽车相关政策，国内外标准； ⑤熟悉整车动力性经济性、驾驶性等性能相关影响因素。 1-新能源汽车动力产品的整体规划布局； 2-混动动力系统方案选型，匹配；制定混合动力系统方案架构； 3-混合动力方案的动力总成性能集成和评估，动力系统指标分解及验收优化； 4-混合动力方案的发动机、变速器和电机耦合的总体设计； 5-混合动力系统统筹、开发与试验分析； 6-竞品车的控制策略破解及应用； 7-动力系统问题组织解决。
