## Job description
- 完成VD目标设定和目标分解工作 ；
- 负责输出调校件清单；
- 负责进行操稳平顺性评价，悬架调校，轮胎选型等操稳调校工作，能独立完成减振器阀系调校，CDC标定等；
- 负责VD属性开发过程问题的根源分析和解决 ；
- 承接项目各节点输出物；
- 负责开发过程中问题整理，跟踪与推进；
- 其他相关的协调工作。 1.

### 教育与专业

全日制大学本科及以上学历，汽车或机械相关专业； 2.

### 工作经验要求

硕士5年以上乘用车调校经验，本科8年以上调校经验，有新能源相关经验优先； 3 具备一定的问题解决能力，包括转向性能，操稳平顺性和舒适性能等，如舒适性提升，aftershake优化，加速跑偏等单项问题的系统解决； 4.丰富的主观评价经验和评价能力，对整车的细节评价能支持调校开发； 5.熟练的驾驶技能，能够取得试验场驾照 6.抗压能力强，能接受加班 7.良好的沟通协调能力
