## Job description

"1. 协助项目经理组织项目立项准备工作，完成项目可行性分析；组织向动总层级、埃科公司层级汇报，实现项目立项； 2.负责项目进度管理，项目月度工作计划收集、管理、跟踪，风险识别、预警、推进及项目里程碑节点评审组织； 3. 负责各项目需求资源的协调推进，搭建项目推进平台，建立项目推进机制，为项目提供流程和方法支持； 4.负责试制及资源管理，对发动机、及支持整车项目开发需求样机试制全过程跟踪与协调； 5.负责组织编制、完善、宣贯动力总成研发项目产品开发流程和项目管理体系。" "1.专科及以上学历，机械类、汽车类或管理类专业 2.具有大专5年，本科5年及以上产品开发项目工作经验 3.
