## Job description

### 质量改进计划
- 负责制定焊装生产线的质量改进计划，包括识别尺寸、强度、过程抽样、车身过程一致性驱动改进等进行质量缺陷、分析根本原因、制定改进措施和实施方案；

### 质量数据分析
- 收集和分析焊装生产线的质量数据，识别质量趋势和问题点，使用数据驱动的方法来优化生产过程；

### 质量事故处理
- 负责处理焊装生产线出现的质量事故，分析事故原因，制定并实施预防措施，防止类似事故的再次发生；

### 质量报告与数据分析
- 定期编制质量报告，分析质量数据。
- 本科及以上学历，35周岁以下，有中大型汽车企业品质相关工作经验，汽车、机械、管理类等相关专业；
- 在汽车制造行业，特别是焊装质量领域有至少3-5年的工作经验。有质量改进项目管理、过程控制、数据分析等方面的实际工作经验；
- 具备较强的问题解决能力，能够快速识别和解决质量事故，防止类似问题的再次发生；能够运用数据分析和统计学方法，识别质量趋势和问题点；
- 具备良好的沟通和表达能力，能够清晰地向团队成员、管理层和外部合作伙伴传达质量信息和要求；
