## Job description
- 负责土建维修、改扩建工作；
- 负责电气维修、改扩建工作；
- 负责厂区公共区域排查、修复；
- 负责结算的审核，办理结算，办理相关付款手续；

### 教育与专业
- 工程相关专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 建筑、结构、电气、给排水、暖通相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 细心，有责任心，沟通能力强，以公司利益为一切的工作出发点；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟练使用AUTOCAD、OFFICE等软件；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康；
