## Job description
- 负责与设计服务公司合作的 SOC 芯片从 Netlist 到 GDSII 的全流程物理实现，包括布局布线、STA、物理验证、IR/EM 等。
- 带领后端团队完成高性能、低功耗、高面积效率的芯片交付，对 PPA 负责。
- 与设计、DFT、验证、封装团队协同，解决时序收敛、电源网络设计、可靠性等问题。
- 制定后端设计流程与规范，优化 EDA 工具使用效率，提升团队交付质量与效率。
- 负责团队建设、人才培养与项目规划，参与芯片 Tapeout 评审与风险把控。
- 微电子、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历，8 年以上 SOC 后端经验，2 年以上团队管理经验。
- 熟悉主流 EDA 工具（ICC2 / Innovus、PrimeTime、Calibre / ICV、RedHawk等）的全流程，具备 7nm 及以上先进工艺成功 Tapeout 经验，有 TSMC N3A(E) 工艺经验者优先。
- 精通低功耗设计（UPF/CPF）、多时钟/多电压域处理、高速接口/DDR/PCIe 等模块的后端实现。
- 优秀的沟通协作能力与项目管理能力，能推动跨部门问题闭环。
- 具备与设计服务公司合作的经验，熟悉外包项目管理、技术交接与进度协同流程。
