## Job description

### 重点方向

系统集成（DHT）、系统集成（2in1）兼小锅炉
- 负责增程车型开发项目中增程系统相关技术工作的整体管理，确保相关工作顺利推进；
- 负责指导技术工程师完成增程系统相关设计开发（或修改）及VAVE相关工作，并审核相关交付物如设计发布CATIA 3D&2D (在Teamcenter系统中)、报告等
- 负责增程系统零部件SOR、DFMEA、DVP、技术协议、企业标准等相关文件的审核；
- 负责增程系统试验开发管理、审核试验报告、牵头解决重点试验问题
- 提供增程系统量产相关问题支持
- 承接领导安排的其它工作，如竞品分析、专利开发、新技术预研等

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；汽车、机械等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年以上汽车或类似行业工作经验，并有增程或混动开发经验；至少熟悉增程系统开发工作中（设计、应用开发、控制策略或标定）的一个领域，对多个技术领域有了解更佳；了解不同混动系统架构和工作原理及行业资源情况；
- 能运用CATIA（或类似软件如NX、CREO）进行3D/2D设计与数据发布；
- 熟悉整车及零部件设计开发流程。
