## Job description

### 负责维修工段控制指标的完成
- 包括维修费、千车停台，库存资金管控等指标；分解至工段：包括责任工程师、班组长；同时主要负责工段设备人员及现场的安全管理工作。
- 监督、指导本工段日常工作，包括工程师业务技能学习和班组人员技能提升培训。
- 根据科室对设备现场管理方面的规定，负责维修工段对规定的方针及措施进行有效实施，并保持实施过程中的持续性和及时整改率。
- 针对每日故障进行月度总结和分析。
- 根据公司对成本方面的要求，以及杜绝维修过程中所有浪费现象，结合本班次成本消耗的主要特点，制定出相关的控制措施，并对已经存在的问题找出解决方案。
- 定期巡查消除安全隐患，对临时突发设备故障做到及时组织维修。人员发展方向的定位，团队梯队建设的成型化，车间设备及设备现场TPM工作的定期推进及CPS管理落实等工作。
- 按照设备管理体系、进行工段内部业务及设备现场维修的正常运行。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械等理工类专业，中专及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科≥3年、大专≥5年、中专≥8年，5年以上相关经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司企业文化，思想端正，作风正派，人际影响好；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 无；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
