## Job description
- 汽车零部件采购及商务工作；
- 供应商资源的开发导入、布点定点、样件资源跟进、成本分析及管理、资源保障拉动等工作；
- 开展年度商务谈判、推进VAVE成本结构改善、资源保障、供应商日常管理等；
- 核心配套体系建立及资源规划，优化供应商体系及资源库，与供应商建立良好合作伙伴关系；
- 协同质量部门对重点零部件进行质量改进、降低0KM PPM、IPTV、索赔和质量成本等工作；参与供应商绩效考核及供应商淘汰；
- 采购专项改善工作，如平台化、通用化、模块化、标准化；
- 了解结构物料市场行情，及时掌握市场价格、供应、商情变化及品质情况，确保成本合理化。

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上；

### 工作经验
- 五年以上汽车及零部件相关经验，相关部件技术开发或商务经验优先；

### 技能要求
- 熟悉、理解汽车零部件结构、材料、功能及成本要素，熟悉供应链上下游关系及资源；

### 职业素养
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力强；

### 其他
- 年龄40岁及以下；
