## Job description
- 负责各层级KPI制定/责任书签订/目标分解；周度/月度计划及验收；
- 负责年度/季度/半年度复盘及经营计划-含Excel/PPT、重大参观汇报材料等起草、编制、修订；
- 负责会议材料及会前组织、纪要、督办（周度、月度、外部会议对接）；
- 负责组织绩效（年度绩效框架、各层级月度/季度/年度绩效排名、劳动竞赛评比）；
- 负责运营指标管理（基地办/工厂-成绩单/关差报告/各类差异分析/各类报表统计报送/仪表盘等）。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 行政管理、工商管理、公共事业管理、工业工程、物流管理、企业管理类

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 学生会干部等优先考虑

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
