## Job description

### 多模态交互设计
- 定义“语音+视觉+手势”融合的座舱交互原型，输出PRD与Demo。

### 大模型应用与Prompt设计
- 优化LLM在驾驶场景的回复风格、安全性与人格化表现。

### 意图理解与消歧
- 建立驾驶场景意图分类体系，处理口语化、模糊指令，提升一次唤醒成功率。

### 情感化交互设计
- 为语音助手设计情绪感知与反馈机制，实现类人关怀与幽默化解。

### 数据驱动迭代
- 制定NPS、任务完成率等指标，通过A/B实验优化话术与策略。
- 强同理心与场景想象力，能预判驾驶痛点；
- 了解ASR/NLU/LLM基本原理及局限；
- 熟练使用Axure/Figma绘制交互流程；
- 优秀沟通能力，能用英文阅读前沿论文；
- 热爱类人交互，深度体验主流语音助手。
