## Job description
- 测试场景下的 AI 应用能力和数据智能分析（智能用例推荐、回归集精简、失败归因、脚本自愈建议等），并推动在 CI/CD 与测试工具链中落地；
- 建设测试数据管道与评估指标，确保 AI 能力可度量、可回滚、可持续迭代；
- 封装 AI 能力为 SDK/服务/插件，对接用例库、缺陷系统、执行框架与发布流水线；
- 参与架构评审与测试策略制定，把“AI提效”转成明确的业务 KPI
- 硕士及以上学历，具备良好的专业基础知识，熟悉汽车电子或相关技术领域
- 善于沟通，能按时完成上级交办的任务
- 具有团队合作精神，能够快速融入工作环境
