## Job description
- 负责整车异响开发目标制定、分解与管控，编制开发计划、试验规范及标准流程。
- 开展异响DMU校核、CAE分析，识别摩擦、碰撞、间隙等异响风险点，推动前期设计优化。 组织路试、四立柱台架、环境仓等异响试验，完成主客观评价、声源定位、根因分析及改进方案制定。
- 协同产品设计、工艺、质量等部门推进整改方案，验证效果并关闭问题。
- 负责量产阶段异响问题管控、售后抱怨支持，完善异响问题库与开发流程体系
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、NVH等相关专业，3年以上整车异响开发经验。
- 熟悉车身、内饰、底盘、电器结构及原理，掌握异响开发、测试、评价全流程。
- 会使用CATIA，能独立开展异响试验与问题排查，持有C1驾照。
- 具备良好的逻辑分析、跨部门沟通与问题推动能力，抗压性强。
