## Job description
- 制定年度技术体系建设及提升方案和实施计划并达成目标；
- 根据奇瑞科技战略规划，制定奇瑞科技产品技术开发体系；
- 组织子公司的产品规划、技术规划评估；
- 负责子公司的技术项目方案评审、技术项目管理等；
- 负责标的技术分析，提供产业研究报告；
- 能够为子公司提供技术创新方案降低成本，改进产品质量，提高生产效率等；

### 教育背景
- 大学本科以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、机电等专业；

### 工作经验
- 有车载电子电器类产品开发经验或此类产品开发管理经验，工作年限8年及以上；
- 了解汽车电路原理，熟悉汽车电路系统电气元件；
- 熟悉汽车行业法规标准要求；
- 良好的沟通合作技巧，上进心强，指导工作能力，有创新精神；
- 熟悉FMEA、MSA等；
