## Job description

### 学历及专业要求

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程相关专业； 工作方向：整车性能集成 工作经验：3年及以上整车性能开发工作经验；熟悉整车开发流程，熟悉整车法规； 职业素养要求： 全局观、成就导向、客户导向，分析思维，灵活应变，培羊他人，组织意思。

### 特殊资格/条件要求

外部C2以上驾照，2年以上实际驾驶经验
- 负责BM分析跟踪管理、性能可行性分析管理、性能大纲/四五级目标管理；
- 负责整车性能DVP管理、性能开发计划管理；
- 负责性能开发过程管理（数据/CAE）、性能开发问题管理；
- 负责完成本专业工作规范的修订、起草和审核。
