## Job description
- 主导BEV电驱动总成（EDU）的系统架构设计与平台化方案开发，制定核心技术参数与接口规范，以实现总成的高集成度与轻量化目标；
- 负责电驱动系统技术方案的可行性分析与选型决策，平衡性能、成本与开发周期，以支撑产品竞争力目标达成；
- 负责电驱动系统技术路线规划与演进方案设计，跟踪行业技术发展趋势，以提升产品技术领先性；
- 制定电驱动系统零部件技术规范与设计标准，指导各子系统详细设计，以确保系统设计的规范性与一致性。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 产品策划与管理、车辆、机械

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
