## Job description
- 接收并登记客户质量投诉（含RMA退货），主导内部快速响应，明确临时处理方案（如换货、返工）；
- 按照8D方法组织跨部门团队进行原因分析、措施制定及效果验证，按时向客户提交报告；
- 定期统计客户质量数据（如DPPM、投诉率、FCR），编制质量月报并汇报至管理层；
- 参与客户定期质量会议，梳理客户特殊要求（CSR），传递至内部并监督落实；
- 收集客户满意度调查反馈，推动内部持续改进项目，提升客户体验。
- 电子、通信、机械、质量管理（理工背景优先）等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 了解8D、5Why、鱼骨图等常用问题解决方法，具备基本的数据汇总分析能力；
- 英语CET-4及以上，能阅读英文邮件及客户标准文件，可进行基础书面沟通；
- 性格外向，抗压能力强，具备良好的客户服务意识和换位思考能力；
- 逻辑清晰，文字表达规范，善于跨部门协作，有较强的时间管理能力。
