## Job description
- 负责智界品牌用户中心、400客服、舆情等全渠道车辆产品抱怨技术支持工作，包括现场/远程技术援助、质量问题监控、批量问题市场处置和智能诊断能力建设；
- 负责智界品牌各车型用户手册、维修手册、电路图册、维修工时、专用工具等资料开发，电池溯源平台、国家监控平台、地方平台管理；
- 负责智界品牌车型保修&免保政策制定、预算管理，对中邮提交的保修单进行审核、赔付、旧件管理并进行供应商追偿。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械类等专业优先

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
