### 负责整车能量管理性能开发
- 能源管理动总及三电匹配选型；
- 能耗、动力性、保电性能等维度下的控制策略制定及优化；
- AI智能能量管理策略需求及框架搭建；
- AI智驾模式下的能耗研究及优化；
- 行业前沿技术研究及技术项目开发；

### 教育与专业
- 机械或汽车、力学、材料等相关专业,

### 第一学历
- 博士-双一流及以上,

### 职业素养要求
- 诚实正直、团队合作、人际影响、培养他人,

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 英语优秀者优先,

### 身体状况要求
- 健康。
