## Job description
- 收集水电、暖通、空压、基建等厂务设备的巡查、异常故障、维保台账，统一整理汇总、分类归档，保证台账资料完整可追溯。
- 负责厂务运维各类文件、运行报表、巡检记录、维保及整改资料的录入、排版、更新与上报，完成台账标准化管理。
- 跟踪厂区动力设备、公共设施故障及隐患整改进度，对接人员下发维保、整改通知，全程跟进处理流程，汇总整理闭环资料。
- 协助组织厂务设备日常点检、专项排查、定期维保工作，负责现场对接、物资筹备、过程记录、资料留存等配套工作。
- 梳理厂务设备年检、检测报告、维保合同等资质资料，做好到期有效期提醒，对接各部门设备联络员，保障厂区设施稳定运行。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 自动化、电气等专业等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
