- 负责焊点强度管理；
- 负责车间涂胶、密封管理；
- 负责AUDIT指标、问题管理；
- 负责检验作业文件编制；
- 品质工段业务管理。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车、电子电器、自动化等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
