## Job description
- 负责高阶自动驾驶行车功能决策规划算法设计开发和实车调试，确保算法的安全、舒适和拟人化；
- 负责适配上下游及周边模块的软件接口以及系统集成开发调试工作；
- 负责量产行车功能相关模块的项目管理和交付；
- 负责前沿自动驾驶规控技术预研以及算法的工程化落地；
- 负责规控评测指标设计开发和场景集搭建，维护和优化规控性能评测流程。
- 计算机、自动化、车辆工程和机器人相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，5年及以上工作经验；
- 代码能力强，熟悉C++/Python， 具有良好的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉Linux开发环境，对Cmake， GDB等开发调试工具具备应用经验；
- 有无图、城市NOA等相关量产经验；

### 精通国内外主流决策规划算法原理以及框架，至少精通以下三个方向以上
- 智能选道和换道、路口交互和障碍物博弈、时空联合轨迹优化、速度决策规划、端到端规控模型、强化学习、算法评测， 对算法在应用层面的问题有深入的理解和经验；
- 具有行车量产交付项目管理经验，善于识别项目风险和优先级判断，有很好的项目拉通和协调资源的能力；
- 有端到端规控相关量产经验，熟悉深度学习、模仿学习和强化学习和端到端模型后处理；
- 熟悉大规模仿真测试系统的搭建和使用
- 优秀的自我驱动能力，责任心和技术视野；良好的团队协作和沟通能力，用于突破关键开发技术。
