## Job description
- 负责冲压专业生产线设备维修；
- 负责责任设备体系文件编制，设备准备基准书制定并实施；
- 设备改善和性能优化；
- 负责现场突发设备故障的维修和处理，并对维修信息的纪录、统计和分析；
- 负责所辖区域设备TPM工作的开展与推进；
- 根据设备现状，制定设备大项修标准、方案以及技术协议，参与商务谈判和厂家技术交流，组织跟踪项目实施验收工作；
- 负责所辖区域设备维修成本和备件的控制。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，电气、机械、自动化及相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上冲压设备机械维护经验者优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司的质量方针、质量目标、公司宗旨和企业文化；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具备机械设计相关类专业知识，熟练使用CAD制图软件；掌握汽车冲压工艺设备保全知识和技能；熟悉机械压力机、GUEDL自动化机械手设备结构，有丰富的维修经验，能够处理疑难故障；遇事冷静，有较强的心理素质，具备较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，较好的抗压能力。

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；无违法犯罪记录。
