## Job description

### 负责生产计划制定与调整
- 根据销售订单和库存情况编制生产计划，并动态调整排产；

### 负责物料需求计划管理
- 计算原材料/零部件需求，确保供应与生产节奏匹配；

### 负责生产进度跟踪监控
- 实时跟进各产线执行情况，协调解决异常问题；

### 负责库存水平控制
- 通过安全库存设定和周转分析优化库存结构；

### 负责跨部门协同沟通
- 联动采购、物流、生产等部门保障计划落地；

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 供应链类/物流管理/财务类/工商管理类的/计算机类等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
