### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化以及机电一体化、材料成型等专业。

### 工作经验
- 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年相关工作经验。

### 专业知识
- 3年以上主机厂车身附件、内外饰或外饰集成、项目管理相关经验

### 能力要求
- 积极主动、责任心强、执行力强、沟通逻辑思维好、为人诚实正直
