## Job description
- 负责车身智能开闭系统产品(电动门系统、电动撑杆、电动天窗、玻璃升降器等)选型、技术可行性分析、布置及DV实验要求编制工作，
- 根据业务需求，负责牵头解决各项目遇到的系统性问题，
- 负责建立和迭代智能开闭系统产品技术标准、设计规范，
- 关注行业新技术、新工艺发展动态，负责智能开闭系统新技术的预研储备、导入及验证，
- 协助部门提升智能开闭系统技术能力建设、团队成员专业能力培训，提升团队整体能力。
- 全日制大学本科以上学历，8年及以上开闭机构件设计及开发相关工作；
- 精通开闭系统产品布置/法规要求，掌握智能开闭系统相关产品性能及使用要求，备电动门、电动撑杆、玻璃升降器等设计经验，熟悉智能开闭系统控制逻辑、常见问题及处理方案;
- 熟练掌握三维设计软件(CAITA、UG等)，office办公软件；
- 责任心强，抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力、语言表达能力；
- 具备控制器软、硬件开发经验优先。
