## Job description
- 负责ADAS产品行车功能（L4 P2P/CNOA/HNOA/ACC/ICA/LKA/HWA/AEB/ELK）实车标定，根据功能、性能需求对系统进行标定和调试；
- 根据系统或产品的功能需求，制定实车性能验证计划，完成实车性能验证；
- 负责对标定过程中问题进行定位分析，定位问题模块，如传感器、感知、导航、规控、状态机等；
- 根据系统或产品的功能需求，完成性能调试场景用例库的设计；
- 负责标定过程中的参数梳理，数据管理，标定软件参数管理；
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、自动化等相关专业背景；
- 三年以上车企或tier1自动驾驶工作经历（背景优秀者可放宽要求），了解CAN总线相关知识，熟悉车载CAN总线架构和诊断功能者优先；
- 熟悉ADAS/AD系统架构，有ADAS/AD相关开发或测试经验者优先；
- 熟悉ASIPCE流程，软件测试流程及其规范者优先；
- 熟悉PID、LQR、MPC控制算法者优先；
- 熟练使用CANape、CANoe、simulink者优先。
