- Research multi-agent collaboration and swarm intelligence algorithms
- Develop swarm intelligence applications for vehicle platooning, traffic optimization, and beyond
- Design collaborative decision-making mechanisms for intelligent transportation systems
- Drive real-world deployment in vehicle-road coordination and intelligent connected vehicle scenarios" "
- 3+ years in HPC or AI systems R&D; expert in parallel programming frameworks (CUDA, Triton)
- Proven track record architecting large-scale inference systems serving millions of users
- Full-stack mastery of inference optimization — operator fusion, quantization, pruning, KV-Cache management
- Strong system architecture skills and cross-team technical coordination"
