## Job description

设计和开发用于提升研发、制造、测试等环节效率的AI工具与智能体，例如将AI集成到仿真、数据标注等流程中。
- 学历与专业 （博士优先）全日制硕士及以上学历 计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、通信工程、自动化、机器人等相关专业
- 编程与工程基础 熟练掌握Python，具备良好的编程习惯和工程规范 理解数据结构、算法等计算机基础；熟悉Linux、Git等常用开发工具
- AI Agent与智能体技术栈 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）基本原理，了解RAG、Function Calling、MCP等核心概念 有LangChain、LangGraph、Dify等AI Agent框架或工具的实践经验者优先 具备良好的Prompt编写与优化能力，了解CoT、ReAct等推理模式 5. 综合素质 学习能力强，能快速跟进AI技术前沿进展，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力 具备良好的团队协作与跨职能沟通能力 有AI相关项目经验（如毕设、竞赛、开源贡献等）者优先，实习经验加分
