## Job description
- 主要负责E08/M1F/爆款小车等项目的舒适部件的开发工作，最好的具备一定的小团队管理经验。
- 重点倾向工作经验对口，熟悉电动压缩机，车载冰箱，HVAC等部件开发。
- 能够主导技术方案制定，牵头内部评审，高效管理自己所负责的项目部件开发 4，有较好的职业素养，服从管理，认可奇瑞文化

### 教育背景
- 电子或机电一体化、机械、车辆工程、热能与动力工程等专业本科及其以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 本科7年以上本专业设计工作经验；硕士及以上5年以上空调冷却专业设计工作经验；

### 能力要求
- 具备压缩机或HVAC或热管理集成模块等部件的开发经验，工作责任心强，做事严谨，抗压能力强的专业部件开发人员。
