## Job description
- 负责服务流程标准的优化，负责终端服务运营标准的优化；
- 负责年度客户满意度行动策略研究、制定、实施和调度；
- 识别客户活动短板，及时调整服务策略方向，改善客户体验，扩大品牌推荐度，促进增换购和转介绍；
- 负责终端服务运营督导及弱项改善提升工作；
- 服务改善模块团队日常管理及业务技能提升。 1、大专及以上学历，汽车工程类相关专业优先； 2、3年以上汽车行业同方向工作经验，有项目统筹及团队管理经验者优先； 3、具备较强的客户意识，思维活跃，根据业务需求策划和组织相关业务；具有敏锐的客户洞察力和市场分析能力，持续对标行业并研究客户画像、客户需求的变化，策划满意度调研活动，并指导各业务模块和终端开展； 4、性格开朗，具备较强的表达、沟通和协调能力，具备较强的学习能力，能适应出差，能承受较大的工作压力； 5、身体健康，无传染性疾病。
