## Job description
- 支持人才招聘引进工作，包括招聘需求梳理、招聘渠道维护、岗位信息发布、简历筛选、候选人邀约、面试安排、结果跟进及入职对接；同步整理统计招聘数据，输出定期报告，保障招聘进度落地。
- 支持HRBP相关工作，与公司各业务保持良好沟通，及时沟通解决各类人力资源事务，赋能业务。
- 支持组织发展、人才培养等相关工作，保障人力专项项目、企业文化活动落地。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源、心理学、工商管理等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 23、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
