## Job description
- 挖掘并分析新应用领域对高分子及复合材料、注塑成型、反应注射成型产品的技术要求，针对不同基材、使用环境及性能指标，提出可行的技术路线与实施方案。
- 开发新型高分子及复合材料和注塑、反应注射成型配方与工艺，制定试验配方、对应的工艺参数及过程控制方法，建立“配方—工艺—性能”完整工艺文件。

### 新型高分子及复合材料研发
- 参与不同应用场景下高分子材料的研发工作，包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯等方向的配方设计与性能优化。

### 前沿技术跟踪
- 持续跟踪行业技术动态，推进技术创新及专利布局

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 高分子材料，材料科学与工程，化学工程，复合材料相关

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
