## Job description

### 一、岗位概述

“懂车、懂人、懂方法、会沟通、能推动、有热情”的复合型人才。他们既是用户的代言人和洞察者，又是内部团队的协作者和推动者，最终目标是洞察用户真正的需求，转化为产品体验方案，从体验定义阶段到工程设计阶段再到样件样车的验收阶段，全周期开展静态、场景功能、智能化、动态评价验收，打造卓越的用户体验。并支持开展需求和体验能力建设工作。

### 二、主要要求和工作任务

1、挖掘用户真实需求、痛点、场景和体验洞察，融入产品体验方案里，赋能产品经理产品力提升。 2、在静态+场景体验评价，或动态体验评价领域有超过10年的实际项目经验；评价标准和方法熟练，具备主机厂主观评价资质或各大主机厂驾照优先。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，10年以上体验评价验收或主观评价经验。
- 具备良好的协调沟通能力，能独立识别并解决问题；诚实守信、服从工作安排、顾全大局；根据项目节点，能适应项目出差；
- 熟练使用英语进行口头和书面交流；
- 参与2个以上全流程（造型至量产）车型开发，有主流主机厂工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉需求和体验管理流程体系建设，有团队能力建设经验优先。

- 能够设身处地理解不同背景用户的想法、感受和体汽车使用场景。

### 敏锐的观察力

善于从用户行为、反馈甚中捕捉关键洞察。

### 数据解读能力

能将用户行为数据、调研数据、社交媒体舆情等转化为有价值的用户洞察。
