## Job description
- 参与汽车压铸件（如一体压铸结构件）APQP 全流程，结合产品图纸与客户要求，制定压铸工艺方案，涵盖浇注系统、冷却水路、脱模方案、模具分型面设计等核心内容。
- 编制量产工艺文件，包括作业指导书、工艺卡、控制计划，完成 PPAP 资料中工艺相关内容的编制与提交，保障新产品顺利量产。
- 建立并维护车间工艺技术档案，包括工艺方案、参数记录、改进案例、技术图纸等，确保文档的准确性与可追溯性。
- 编制工艺培训资料，对操作工、技术员开展工艺知识与操作技能培训，提升一线人员的工艺执行能力。
- 总结工艺优化经验，形成标准化工艺库，推动工艺知识在车间内的共享与复用。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机械类、铸造等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 有5年以上汽车行业铝压铸及产品工艺策划及优化相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 细心，有责任心，沟通能力强，以公司利益为一切的工作出发点；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉铝件压铸工艺策划，熟练使用压铸仿真软件；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
