## Job description

1、控制算法开发:包括横纵向解耦的控制算法，横纵向耦合的控制算法 2、实车控制问题分析、定位、优化:包括但不限于SOC控制算法的实车问题，MCU问题及执行器问题
- 深入理解量产的控制算法（PID、MPC），深入理解并掌握基于几何的控制算法、基于模型的控制算法及其工程化落地
- 负责制定与上下游模块（规划、状态机等）的接口及联调
- 善于快速分析并定位实车规划控制问题，并通过算法调优提升整车控制性能，解决实车控制疑难问题

### 良好的编程能力
- C++、Python
