## Job description

（1）负责大语言模型的整体架构设计，包括核心结构、预训练、微调、对齐等方案的设计与选型。如MoE、长上下文处理、多模态等设计落地； （2）主导扩散模型的整体架构设计，包括噪声调度、网络结构，领导团队攻克扩散模型的核心挑战，包括采样加速（减少推理步数）、训练稳定性提升、精细化控制、多模态生成（文生图、文生视频）等。 本科学历及以上，工作年限5年及以上。
