## Job description

### 算法开发与实现
- 负责GNSS/INS组合导航算法、多传感器融合定姿定位算法的开发、仿真与优化。

### 系统设计与测试
- 参与惯性导航系统的总体方案设计，进行器件选型、指标分解，完成系统标定、误差建模分析及软硬件调试测试。

### 技术文档与项目协作
- 编写设计报告，配合团队完成产品从研发到量产的落地。 1.

### 业学历门槛高

通常要求硕士及以上学历，导航/制导与控制、仪器科学、自动化、通信工程等相关专业 2.

### 扎实的理论基础

精通惯性导航、卫星导航（RTK/PPP）、卡尔曼滤波等基本原理，熟悉IMU、里程计等传感器误差模型与标定方法
