## Job description

### 岗位使命

主导智界汽车智能座舱的人机交互（HMI）体验战略与执行，构建安全、高效、情感化且具备品牌独特性的数字化交互体系。

### 制定HMI体验战略
- ‌ 基于用户洞察、行业趋势及品牌调性，制定中长期HMI体验路线图，定义设计原则与信息架构。
- 建立设计规范体系并进行创新探索，如AR-HUD、语音交互、手势控制、3D可视化等前沿技术在车机场景的应用。 2. 全流程项目管理与落地，‌端到端设计管理，量产交付保障，以及质量验收。
- 团队管理与跨部门协同（内饰造型，座舱，软件，测试，产品管理等），包括外部资源管理。 1. 精通汽车座舱HMI交互、视觉、动效、多屏联动、HUD体验设计，具备完整量产车型全周期经验。 ​2. 有主流高端新能源/豪华车企HMI负责人、核心骨干经验，具备体系化搭建能力。 ​3. 具备极强的审美、方案决策能力、跨部门推进能力与项目把控能力。 ​4. 2年以上的团队管理能力，懂规范、懂落地、懂创新，能同时支撑量产交付和前瞻预研双线工作。
