## Job description
- 负责粘接剂、分散剂等功能材料评测筛选，与供应商/高校/研究所合作或自主设计，开发适合固态电池的功能材料新产品
- 负责制定粘接剂、分散剂等功能材料检测标准与技术协议，建立功能材料信息库，确保研究进度和质量符合计划要求
- 负责功能材料技术的创新工作及专利布局
- 协助上级建立绩效评估系统，指导、跟踪各部门完善绩效管理办法；负责团队标准化工作、专利的撰写

### 教育与专业
- 硕士及以上，材料、化学等专业

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上粘接剂、分散剂等研发经验，理论基础良好，具备粘接剂、分散剂等功能材料评测筛选能力；特别优秀的人放宽要求

### 职业素养要求
- 较好的技术洞察力, 较强的创新与开发能力，良好的团队合作

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 外语水平：具备一定的英文读写能力"
