## Job description
- 根据整车及动力电池系统需求进行电芯和模组的选型与设计；
- 主导电池系统性能指标（能量密度、循环寿命、快充能力等）的制定，负责电池系统SOX策略指定，设计技术方案并推动落地‌；
- 建立测试体系，完成电芯/电池组模组的性能评估，分析数据并提出改进措施‌；
- 负责开发及售后过程中，电芯问题的处理和分析、负责电芯前沿技术整理及规划；"

### 学历
- 硕士及以上，材料，电化学、车辆工程、软件工程等相关专业；具有相关动力电池性能开发经验5年；
- 熟悉电芯设计、热管理及BMS逻辑‌；
- 掌握电池性能测试方法（如充放电测试、EIS分析）及数据分析工具（Python/Matlab）‌；
- 了解并掌握整个动力电池系统-Pack布局及结构、BMS、电池系统集成及匹配、电池热管理等开发工作，有丰富的量产经验者优先；
- 了解并掌握动力电池整车上下电控制逻辑、BMS系统功能需求、故障诊断处理，以及相关应用层软件编写、测试等；"
