## Job description
- 负责工厂质量数据收集、分析和管理，对接外部单位对工厂质量评价；
- 负责工厂质量模块工作策划，质量活动组织开展；
- 负责工厂质量专题会议组织、汇报；定期组织内外部单位的质量总结和汇报，开展业务检查和跟踪工作；
- 负责工厂质量工作计划梳理和总结；
- 负责质量指标跟踪、分析和管理；对接外部单位进行达成确认和异常分析。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程、材料科学、工业工程、质量管理或相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年以上汽车制造、机械制造或相关行业的质量管理经验，至少1年以上团队管理或项目管理经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司的质量方针、质量目标、公司宗旨和企业文化。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉汽车制造或机械制造的工艺流程，包括冲压、焊接、涂装、总装等环节；具备较强的质量问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位问题根源并提出有效的改进措施，了解FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）、SPC（统计过程控制）、MSA（测量系统分析）、8D问题解决法、5Why分析等质量工具，熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；
