## Job description
- 牵头开展品类管理策略研究；
- 推动集团开展品类策略制定；
- 统一品类语言，指导资源规划、供应商引入/提升/退出、业绩评价、成本分析、项目布点等。
- 制定品类分析评估模型，对各品类健康度进行分析评估，系统识别各品类潜在风险，降低采购复杂度等

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上汽车或零部件企业工作经验；

### 技能要求
- 对零部件品类划分、品类策略制定/推广、品类健康度分析评估、品类策略应用及品类大数据分析等有系统化实施经验并具备品类管理专业化能力；

### 职业素养
- 具有研发工作经验者优先；

### 其他
- 原则上不超过40周岁；
