## Job description
- 整体规划部门及整车性能承接、评价、评估、对标建立规划；性能/寿命模型评估方法建立与规划；
- 根据项目开发计划，编制动力电池系统性能仿真目标计划并按计划实施；组织分管项目电池系统的产品性能仿真与评估工作，负责电池系统功率、寿命、快充、SOX等性能目标的仿真与评估结论；负责对电性能问题进行指导并提出优化建议；
- 负责电池性能测试和评估，包括电池容量、能量密度、充放电性能、寿命等；审核动力电池性能测试计划，跟踪性能试验进度，确保结果的准确性和可靠性；组织与协调动力电池性能开发工作，确保性能开发顺利进行；审核及批准动力电池性能数据，提出改进和优化建议，并协调相关部门进行改进；
- 电芯寿命模型搭建及基础数据需求整理，依据电芯寿命模型和电芯实测/仿真数据，评估系统使用寿命；
- 规划电池系统性能仿真能力建设，编制能力建设计划；负责电池系统性能仿真建模及标定验证的标准、规范，数据库，DFMEA等技术平台规划的建立工作；
- 根据售后立项及开发过程中质量改进计划完成工作，并形成总结和失效数据库
- 负责电池系统性能仿真的开发流程及体系建立建设。 1、本科及以上学历、机械、电气、可靠性、电化学、数学类专业、英语要求4级以上； 2、8年及以上新能源汽车及动力电池领域工作经验； 3、熟悉电池系统性能仿真开发的流程和体系； 4、熟悉电芯原理及电池性能测试原理。
