## Job description
- 负责车辆VD性能集成和开发，包括操稳、制动等整车性能目标制定，DVP策划及试验验证实施；
- 制定VD性能集成策略，VD性能的管理；
- 整车车辆动力学性能目标的分解到关键系统及部件的目标，以及与相关部件开发工程师交流，实现目标的签发；
- 项目开发中底盘关键部件的调校，VD性能问题排查和解决方案分析验证，达到项目开发目标；
- 负责制定项目各阶段预算/资源与测试计划，组织与协调资源以满足项目进度;
- 参与并支持各项试驾、主观评价活动；
- 负责整车VD性能开发技术体系的建设，包括VD性能开发设计规范、主观评价方法和客观测试试验方法。 1. 车辆工程、机械、力学等相关专业本科以上学历，具备很好的整车动力学基础知识； 2. 5年以上整车车辆动力学性能 /操控性/制动性/转向性及开发经验； 3.

### 能力要求

具备较强的沟通能力，质量意识，风险管控能力及独立的问题分析解 4. 抗压能力强，英语水平优秀者优先。
